Inspired by Outdoor Recreation Caucus Co-Chairs, Representative Andrew Barkis and Senator Ron Muzzall we present the 2025 Outdoor Recreation Reception, hosted in partnership with the Big Tent Outdoor Recreation Coalition and the Outdoor Equity Coalition.
This special event will be Thursday, March 27, 2025, 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at The Cove, Event Room, located at 311 Capitol Way N, Olympia.
The Outdoor Recreation Reception is designed for those who regularly attend our 7:00 a.m. weekly caucus meetings and especially for those who are not regularly at the table. We are extending special invitations to small businesses, tribal representatives, and outdoor enthusiasts as a way to bring more people that care about outdoor recreation into the conversation.
Learn how our state agencies are working together to balance the needs and expectations of our residents and visitors for the health and vitality of both our lands and people. This is a unique opportunity to connect with leaders from Washington State Parks, Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife, the Department of Natural Resources, and the Recreation and Conservation Office. Come celebrate with us the shared efforts and progress of the 2025 legislative session.
